The biggest down side of this job is the fact that the dealers have to get along with people who are not always at the best of their attitudes. The dealers have to maintain their patience and keep their temper in control regardless of the fact that the other person is at fault. A lot of times the players are extremely drunk and not at all in their sound state of mind. All this needs to be dealt with a smile, which not at all an easy task.
